Returns

We will gladly accept returns for unworn items, purchased online within 30 days.

All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. It is advised you keep the box and plastic wrap provided should you need to return. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless there was an issue on our end with your order.

If you would like to make an exchange, simply email us at sales@norbu.us and we will gladly help you.

Norbu reserves the right to deny refunds should the merchandise not meet return policy requirements.

We cannot process online bought returns at our store.

Online bought gift cards are only valid for online shopping and not at the store.

Please note that our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy.  Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 30 days with original receipt for store credit only.

All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs, and duties that may be assessed by their government.
